MICHIGAN INDIGENOUS - The Rock Cut Ale Yeast is an indigenous Michigan strain. This yeast will produce excellent Belgian style ales. This yeast is rich in both spice and phenols exhibits predominantly fruity esters, similar to a Belgian ale strain.
